A Warm Welcome

Today we were in the community of Los Martinez.  We were warmly welcomed by signs, singing and dancing. The pastor prayed a beautiful prayer to open our clinic.

It was a rainy day but we were surrounded with love. We met so many wonderful people- they were so thankful!

Our team is doing good work and being blessed in so many ways. We came to be a blessing but are finding that we are the ones being blessed.

Home Sweet Home

We are back on American soil (Atlanta) getting ready to board our plane for Evansville. Got through customs with no problems- yeah! We are glad to be back, but sad to leave the DR and the wonderful people. We are excited about warm showers, flushing toilet paper, our own beds and of course, our families! We will miss our team members- who know too much about us. Our motto is what happens in the DR, stays in the DR!! We are so grateful for the team God put together, the people we got to meet and safe travels. We will never forget this incredible experience. To God be the glory!
